The company came about from the merger of two companies. A well established midlands based Air Conditioning company having been in business since 1976 had extensive experience in refrigeration and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning). This was provided primarily to the commercial market. The second offered a full range of property maintenance services to both domestic and commercial customers primarily across Warwickshire and the Midlands. Services include gas, heating, plumbing, electrical, bathroom/kitchen installations and full property refurbishments.
