As a landlord, you must by law have gas appliances checked by a Gas Safe registered installer in every property you let. You must have this test every 12 months as a minimum.
We can carry out your annual service and will issue a Gas Safety Certificate once completed. It will have a list of the checks that our Gas Safe engineer carried out and will list any faults that were found and the repairs that were required.
As a landlord, you are also obliged to ensure all electrical appliances and installations are safe with the EICR. All our engineers are NICEIC certified and ready to help.
