Servicing is the only way of making sure your boiler is working safely and efficiently. Whether you have had a new boiler installed which needs a service every year to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty or have an older boiler, it should be serviced annually to ensure correct functioning.

A domestic boiler service is one of those things that is easily forgotten and often overlooked. However, it is vital to service your boiler annually as it could be the key to picking up any issues before they become major problems. For example, here are some of the main reasons why you should have your boiler serviced regularly:

  • If your boiler is running inefficiently then your energy bills will be unnecessarily high
  • Additionally, picking up on issues before they become problems can save you money on unnecessary breakdowns
  • And, if your boiler has undiagnosed issues it can have fatal consequences
  • Additionally, if you are a landlord it is a legal requirement

Our team of Gas Safe registered heating engineers are on hand to carry out your annual service.

HOW TO CONTACT US

Our friendly customer service team is always on hand to help.  Simply call us on 01926 279922 to book an engineer to attend a fault or for any general advice that you might need.  Our office is open Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. EMERGENCY BREAKDOWN RESPONSE

We will always try to get an engineer out to you within 24 hours (weekdays).  However, this will depend on engineer availability and the severity of the problem.  On the whole, we will prioritise calls for those customers with no heating or hot water.
